I hate exercise; but I like Kickboxing

Some people hate exercise, and the reason is probably because something essential is missing! It is called discipline! Don’t get confused by this word. 

Natalie is perfectly disciplined in her career and in life but for her it is very hard to implement the same level of discipline toward her health and fitness goals! She is absolutely in control so she needed a fitness expert who could respect that but provide even greater control in the pursuit of her goals. 

Finding a way of getting fit which is more enjoyable than going to the gym is not always easy or fun!! Gyms are boring if you don’t know what to do and how to execute the exercises in the right way.

The time drags and you find yourself watching the clock, praying for the end. Having the discipline to sacrifice and find time in our busy lives is the hardest part for most of us.

Someone who doesn’t enjoy exercise can get a different experience when their brain is occupied with combinations of kicks and punches, for example. 

Most of our class members don’t even realize how quickly the time flies on these sessions. Plus the motivation and sense of achievement you get from succeeding adds to your drive and determination in every other aspect of your life.
