The first HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) uploaded yesterday. I hope you will enjoy these basic routines.
Most of these exercises are easy as long as you executing the exercises in good posture. Intensity can be introduced just after mastering all movements, make sure you enjoy the progression.
I designed these routines in splits to avoid repetition however you can use one of the exercises only and repeat it eight times.
