So I have been nominated by one of our clients, I was not truly happy as I would rather donate than be iced but it was a good experience.
I was cheating a little bit to be honest as I did an 8km run before my bucketing so actually it felt very good after. It was just like Cryotherapy session, I am not sure if you know but there are a lot of benefits having your body cooled down.
