I was recording this video mainly for my clients who had asked my help regarding planning their fitness routines. As long as a client goal is general health being and getting fitter and stronger, this planning is pretty simple and straight forward.
The more challenging bit is always the replanning as we need to consider the adaptation and also making sure the new training plan will be challenging right away! That will be another video I think!
So to start with, the basic exercise plan is not sport, body nor even ability specific. I mainly design the plan for a person, seeing how they move and how are they executing an exercise or a routine, gives me a lot of information to make the plan specific!
Rehab plans are the most challenging ones but keeping good communication between the client and the trainer is crucial in the progression.
