I’m really pleased to say that we had a great Kickboxing trial session this January. What I really loved is the buzz and energy from all the new people in the group!
Everyone was so enthusiastic and focused and the beginners picked up various combinations so quickly.
Now, I understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you won’t be able to make a class you had intended on going to. Earlier on in the day of the trial session I received a text from a newcomer who had decided not to come because they were concerned they were too unfit for the class. For anyone else who shares the same concern – you are never “too unfit!”
Here at ProTom Fitness I promise we are reasonable and you can start any level, the only thing you need to do is actually start and become stronger than your excuses.
I recorded the warm up at our trial session to show you the mix of people and varying ages/gender/abilities. Most of the time we warm up with a few high intensity routines for about 15 minutes.
Don’t be scared, kickboxing is good fun and, on your first session, you’ll probably find that the warm up is harder than the session itself.
