We learn from our clients (like Karina) every day, especially when they give us feedback and information about how they feel and what challenges they face. It helps us to shape our training programmes and tailor them to the specific needs of our clients.

I enjoy providing a coaching role, to help athletes to move better and to move well. Competitive sport is a journey and I am delighted to be a part of it.
