You’ll need a timer, a pair of gloves and a punching bag (techno is optional).
Free combination of the punches but try to do it fast with slow intervals.
I’ve also done squat jumps with a 90 degree jump right/ left sides. Keep your feet parallel and shoulder-width apart in both directions otherwise you won’t have the functional benefit of the movements!
