Today I’m showing you guys a personal message from one of my clients from Australia to Tony Susnjara, the inventor of the freeFORM Board.
Everyone who comes to our classes will have had a taste of the freeFORM Board but during our personal training sessions we go beyond and really get stuck into this training.
I’ve created an exciting new exercise where we combine the inchworm (or if I need to be more specific the half inch worm) with a Jack knife. This is a single leg executed alternative. We shouldn’t forget that the exercise is also spiced with a press up!!
