Low energy

Hello everyone,

Its still very cold outside and I understand it’s hard to feel motivated at this time of year. So I’d just like to start this post on a positive note by saying… well done!!!

I can see strong development in each of my clients and feel that you guys are really putting in some hard work.

This makes my job much more rewarding. Seeing you guys putting in some commitment gives me the incentive to keep going myself, even when I’m unwell.

… And unfortunately, I am feeling a little unwell at the moment. Because of this, I’ve been struggling with a lack of energy. I’m sure some of you can relate. Check out my video below for an incite on how I deal with low energy.

I want to stress how important it is to get outside and train, despite how low our energy levels are. Training will actually bring your energy levels up and significantly improve your focus and mood.

You guys know your limits. If you’re very ill then bed rest is necessary but breaking routine is a bad habit so don’t make excuses for yourself if you’re able to go get a little fresh air and exercise!

If you want to change, you have to be willing to be uncomfortable sometimes.

It will all be worth it when you reach your goals.

We offer a half an hour Quickfit classes throughout the week that will give you the energy boost you need.
