One thing we love about practicing and teaching Thai Kickboxing is the endless number of combination possibilities- the only limitation is your mind!

We can learn a number of combinations individually and then stitch them together to create an endless workflow!

We start by creating a basic combination alternating sides let right left right, but as we advance we can break the cycle by doubling and tripling on one side and we can start to play with the rhythm and tempo of the combination.

This is great because it keeps the mind engaged and the body working!
The video is a great example of what we are talking about, we start with a basic boxing combination and we just keep adding and adding.
