Please read the following information carefully to ensure safe practise at ProTom fitness going forward.
Please continue attending sessions as long as you or your family members are not feeling sick! If you or a family member is feeling unwell, please do not attend your session and follow Government guidelines regarding quarantine.
All of our private training spaces are throughly and professionally cleaned to ensure your safety. Please do your bit by being responsible for not touching your face as well as washing your hands and equipment after use.
In the event of schedule changes, you will be notified via email or text message.
We understand that circumstances can quickly change. If you are currently waiting for test results or have suddenly gone into quarantine, we are changing our terms and conditions to give short term cancellation refunds until further notice.
Personal Training – Please give 10 hours notice (Usually 24 hours)
Thai kickboxing fitness – Please give 4 hours notice (Usually 12 hours)
If you do not give notice within the time period allocated for a session, you will be changed the amount of the session in full.
Please note that home training services can be arranged on request. If you are interested, please take advantage of this service before we become fully booked.
What you need to do
It is essential that you continue to care for your body at this time. Please be mindful of the impact of panic. Unnecessary stress will cause strain on the body and mind.
Going forward, routine will be an important element of quarantine life. We cannot stress how important it is to organise yourself to keep a level head during difficult times. Now is the time to take advantage of our Online training scheme. We advise all clients to sign up by clicking here.
Our low-cost online training is simple and easy to navigate! Work at your own pace. You will be guided through each exercise, step-by-step.
Build it into your daily regime. Doing so will ensure you don’t lose any progress made during your time training with us so far. Regular workouts will also assist your immune system in fending off any illness. High intensity exercise could also help your lung capacity improve once you are feeling better!
Our online training is also a great way to pass time effectively. Use this time to better yourself!
For our Thai Kickboxing clients I will be putting together a 20 min Home Shadow Boxing workout which you will be able to access within the next few days. Watch this space.
How Covid-19 is affecting business
