Gym membership or personal training?

With the indulgence of Christmas over and New Year quickly approaching it’s almost time to make the same resolutions you make every year. Lose weight, get in shape, drink less, eat more healthily etc.

So you sign up at the gym, maybe you use the cardio machines, try the free weights out but you’re not entirely sure what you are doing. After a month or so motivation levels drop and you miss a day, then a week, then a month. After a year goes by you have been paying for a gym membership that you don’t really use anymore. But you keep paying because you tell yourself that you are going to go back!

Part of the reason for this is a lot of people don’t really know what to do when they go to the gym and they don’t have specific or realistic goals. They don’t really know where to start so they can end up wasting time doing monotonous workouts on the cardio machines or they don’t understand how to use equipment correctly and eventually pick up an injury from using poor technique.

Our program is designed to help you to develop foundational and functional strength initially through a variety of bodyweight movements with weighted progressions. Our program educates & gives confidence to use the gym, it comes with easy to follow instructional videos. It can be used anywhere you have a little space- in your living room, garden, local park, gym or wherever works best for you.  

Over the course of the 4 week program we will provide you with support to keep progressing and holding you accountable, because of this we can only offer the program to a limited number of people.
