If you want to get fit or lose weight, but don’t know where to start – Gym Skills is for you.
It’s a pay as you train service where we teaches you how to exercise the right way, without injury. At the end of your session, you’ll take home an exercise plan, to do at home or at the gym. You could have your own personal diet plan – created just for you by our own nutritionist.
For just £60, you'll receive:
one-hour and thirty minutes sessions
Training in a private Clifton gym, with private parking
A tailored training plan with a postural assesment
A tailored diet plan from our nutritionist ( optional)

How do I book and pay for my place?
Booking a course with us is easy…
- Create an account (if you are already a client – simply log in to your account)
- Choose Gym Skills from the drop down list
- Pay online using our secure card payment system
- If you are new to training with us, we will also ask you to fill out a short questionnaire
- Your session is booked – all that’s left to do is turn up and have fun!
