These unique sessions are provided by our sister company, 4 Core Fitness and are overseen by an expert personal trainer who will guide and support you through your own workouts.

We provide each client with a clean and disinfected 2m X 2m matted workout area that is socially-distanced from other users of our Open-air gym.
Equipment and mats are disinfected regularly as well as in-between use.
A maximum of 5 people use our ‘Pay-As-You-Train’ facilities at once. This ensures you get lots of privacy and regular trainer contact time. Therefore, bookings must be made online 1 hour prior to a session starting

Please note: Please bring your own bottled water. Whilst there are toilets on-site, we do not encourage their use due to COVID-19. Your safety is our priority, therefore we ask that you practise good hygiene at all times and do not attend a session if you are feeling unwell. In addition to this, if you begin to feel unwell during a session we ask that you follow government guidelines and self-isolate. Please contact us if you develop COVID-19 and have recently used our facilities or if you have any questions!
Our Open-air gym provides access to traditional exercises equipment, such as:
- Kettlebells (ranging from 6kg up to 32kg)
- Dumbbells (ranging from 1kg to 15kg)
- Steel maces
- Battle ropes
- Medicine balls
- Smash balls
- Sandbags (10kg & 20kg)
- Heavy bags and standing bags for boxing/kickboxing/Thai kickboxing
- Rowing machine for cardio training
- Timers for HIIT training
Our trainers are particularly good at helping clients build strength, tone up and lose weight. In addition to this, we supply workout plans on-site. Just let us know prior to your session if you would like to take advantage of this! By the way, all abilities welcome!

Core strength – 4 Core Fitness® Ltd also holds group Core fitness sessions at our Open-air, Longwell Green location. In short, these Core sessions are designed in-house to boost strength whilst toning and conditioning the whole body. Choose between 1 hour or 30-minute slots. Prepare to feel the burn!
Thai Kickboxing fitness – Train traditional Thai-style with ProTom fitness. Our popular Thai Kickboxing fitness sessions are held at our open-air, Longwell Green location. Learn discipline together with technique whilst building full-body strength and losing weight. All abilities welcome.
