Use our Gym Skills – Body MOT sessions to get fit or lose weight. These sessions can be particularly helpful if you are having difficulty recovering from an injury or operation.
It’s a one time investment where we teach you how to exercise the right way, without injury. Help you to make the right choices regarding exercises. Some exercises will be more relevant to you or to your goal. At the end of your session, you’ll take home an exercise plan which will have all the essential exercises to start your journey and 3 days later you will receive your tailored training plan to do at home or at the gym.
Gym Skills – Body MOT, just £ 120:
- One-hour and thirty minutes sessions with consultation (worth £90)
- On your first session we will take a body composition test if your goal is weight loss, with sport specific or rehabilitation we will provide a postural and functional body assessment. (worth £25)
- You will receive an 8 week detailed training programme, with exercises essentials and specific exercises to you (worth £70)
- Free medicine ball (worth £11)
- 8 weeks free online membership to educational training videos provided by 4 Core fitness® ltd (worth £40)
- Online cook books and cooking videos (worth £50)
Full package would be £286 if you individually invest into different services

- If you are new to training with us, we will also ask you to fill out a short questionnaire
- Your session is booked – all that’s left to do is turn up and have fun!
