Outdoor spaces, personal training enables you to train in an outdoor space such as a public park or private home garden. Our Outdoor Spaces, personal training package includes 60-minute training sessions, a tailored diet plan and full access to our online training program.
We tailor your private session around your fitness needs and goals. These might include: weight loss, injury rehabilitation, toning or improved flexibility or mobility.
We use a variety of different training techniques including boxing, Tabata, body conditioning exercises and HIIT (high-intensity-interval-training). We also provide a wide range of mobile fitness equipment during sessions including medicine balls, boxing pads, resistance bands and dumbbells.
